Game Demo Festival
Game Demo Festival is the continuation of a short-standing tradition born of a brilliant mind and also Shaun. Brad and Shaun liked coming up with ideas, and even liked implementing them for awhile, but often would lose steam as time wore on. Frustrated with a lack of completion on probably 10+ attempted projects, they came up with a new idea: work independently, set a deadline, and see who can come up with the best stuff. Thus the game demo contest was born.
The only real downside to the game demo contest was that it was hard to find an impartial judge. No judging fixes that. Hence the Game Demo Contest became the Game Demo Festival.

Highscore, User, and Triumph Systems
At Karl's suggestion we added a common high score tracking system, and a GDF library for using it (available in Actionscript3 and PHP). We added a users and a triumph system - and updated the AS3 libs to include those. Also now there is an overlay for ease of use!
Sound effects and other useful helper stuff
Just kidding the Sound Effects guy is the only one ATM! But now there are some AS3 classes for that in the SVN.
